Review: The Range Rover Sport is Land Rover's performance 4x4. Built on an integrated body frame it has the rigidity and strength in the body to give it better handling. The interior is well designed and will seat five adults in considerable comfort although it doesn't quite match the Range Rover's unrivalled luxury. Review (continued): Safety equipment includes four corner electronic air suspension with Terrain Response, ABS, ETC plus eight airbags including driver and front passenger front, side and thorax airbags plus curtain airbags for every seat row. The Range Rover Sport is available in four trims - S, SE, HSE and HST and comes with either a 2.7 litre TDV6 diesel, a 3.6 litre TDV8 diesel or a 4.2 litre V8 Supercharged petrol engine. All have permanent four wheel drive and hill descent control with 6 speed automatic transmission. The HST trim is available only on the V8 petrol or diesel and the S and SE trims only on the TDV6 versions.
