Review: There are three versions of the Twingo available and all carry Renault's Eco2 badge (see Clio review for more information). They all have ABS with EBD (Electronic Brake Distribution) and Brake Assist, driver, passenger and side airbags, remote and central locking, immobilisers and deadlocks. They return fuel economies of between 47.8 and 50.4mpg and the GT version gets from 0-62mph in just 9.8 seconds which is more than fast enough for a small car like this.

Review (continued): All versions are zippy and quite happy on longer journeys and there's a solid reliable feel about them. It would be easy enough to say it hasn't got this and can't do that, but this is meant to be a very capable, safe and economical small car and it is. It's also comfortable to drive and there seems to be more legroom and luggage space than its overall dimensions would suggest.
