One of our major investments at YourFleet has been to work closely with a Human Resources Business Partner. This has enabled us to drive the business forward by developing the skills and abilities of our staff and by putting in place schemes and initiatives that enable them to remain ahead of our competitors and motivated in the workplace.

We have also recently begun working with an external training consultant who has created a unique training package for the Direct Sales Team in order to ensure our sales people are among the highest skilled in the industry.

In addition, to ensure we are aware of the needs of our different teams and to help them communicate in a positive way, this year has seen the launch of the YourFleet Employee Group where a member of every single team - from receptionists to Directors - will discuss pressing issues and share ideas and news.
