Required Qualifications and Background

  • A proven track record in Contract Hire, Leasing, Finance or Sales.
  • An ability to quickly develop rapport and meaningful relationships with key customers.
  • A motivated, confident and hard working individual.
  • The ability to demonstrate the professional standards required to be a successful sales consultant.
  • Good computing skills and knowledge of the internet with the ability to easily absorb new and changing information.
  • A knowledge of and interest in the automotive or leasing industry.
  • An excellent telephone manner.

Role Profile

  • Direct sales to both new and existing business customers, specialising in the UK car/commercial market.
  • Taking new and existing sales leads on both the phone and internet and taking personal responsibility for the process from the initial enquiry, through the sales/order process and right up to vehicle delivery.
  • Pursuing every new business lead with tenacity and closing the deal at every opportunity.
  • Successfully selling the product in order to exceed monthly targets in compliance with the company conduct policy.
  • Operating as a 'brand champion' for certain vehicle manufacturers.
  • Pro-active approach to managing existing business accounts, through customer contact, good organisational skills and maintaining a positive relationship.
  • Identify key customers and decision makers; maintain regular contact to ensure YourFleet is the supplier of choice.
  • Cementing solid relationships with dealers in order to establish, deals, discounts and stock availability.
  • Using a 'real time' internet based finance system to generate finance and quotation orders.
  • Preparing and providing quotes via internet and e-mail, following up that quote and confirming the sale.
  • Updating a sales management system to track leads in order to develop your customer profile to maximise sales and commission.
  • Compliance with any other reasonable request made by a company director.


  • Based in our Head Office in Leeds, Yorkshire


  • Basic £16,000 pa plus Uncapped Commission
  • Realistic OTE £36k pa
