I have to say, I was particularly blown away with the knowledge this lady had and how easy she made it all sound. she was extremely friendly and professional and answered all of my questions without hesitation and even gave good insight into things I had not previously considered. I would not normally send an email or letter to give feedback, however I had to make an exception this time. If I could also say, I was in two minds as to whether or not leasing was a good idea, but after the conversation I had with her I would have no qualms in doing so. I would have thought that someone who is as confident on the telephone would actually have been in sales, which I thought she was, until she corrected me and said she works in your Customer Services department.

She is a credit to your company without a doubt and after just one telephone conversation, I am sure she will go far and it's a shame there aren't as many out there who can leave such an impression.
