"I ordered a car with Yourfleet back in January of this year and I am pleased to say that I will be taking delivery of the vehicle next Tuesday.

Upon contacting your company I started to deal with one of your Sales Consultants, Lewis Nowell, who I have to say has been exemplary all the way throughout the process. I was unsure as to what vehicle to get due to company car tax and my budget, and he gave me nothing but sound, factual advice. I must admit, I am not the easiest of customers to deal with as I do tend to swap and change my mind, but Lewis has been nothing but professional and friendly. He also managed to beat the competition hands down with the rates getting me a great deal on my chosen car.

Furthermore, your back of office assistance has been superb. Kaley Howland has been equally as good as Lewis, responding quickly to any questions or queries I have had right up until today when she confirmed a delivery date (which was promptly followed by a call from Lewis making sure I was happy!).

I called YourFleet on Thursday just regarding some general leasing questions as I haven't done it before and was put through to your sales team. I think the chaps name was Lee or Liam, but I have spoken to countless people so could be wrong. I was given the usual sales pitch, however as I need a car on the road a fair bit, my main concern was with issues such as warranty and maintenance. Your salesperson didn't seem to be giving me a lot of insight and so transferred me through to Kaley, I believe her name was."

I have to say, I was particularly blown away with the knowledge this lady had and how easy she made it all sound. she was extremely friendly and professional and answered all of my questions without hesitation and even gave good insight into things I had not previously considered. I would not normally send an email or letter to give feedback, however I had to make an exception this time. If I could also say, I was in two minds as to whether or not leasing was a good idea, but after the conversation I had with her I would have no qualms in doing so. I would have thought that someone who is as confident on the telephone would actually have been in sales, which I thought she was, until she corrected me and said she works in your Customer Services department.

She is a credit to your company without a doubt and after just one telephone conversation, I am sure she will go far and it's a shame there aren't as many out there who can leave such an impression. I initially dealt with Andy Gosling who I must say was extremely helpful, professional and could not do enough for me.
