The person we want...
You will have a proven track record in contract hire and leasing or sales experience in the finance/insurance industry, alternatively you will be a quick learner with an interest in cars and be an excellent sales person.
As you will be dealing with Business Partners on a one to one basis you will need the ability to develop meaningful relationships with key associates through demonstrating commitment, dedication and loyalty to all our customers.
You will have the advantage of full support from an Administration team therefore your ability to behave as a member of a team and support others will be vital to your success.
Finally as you will be based in a paperless office it is essential you have accomplished computer skills in both Microsoft packages and the internet.
The job that needs doing...
We need you to be a talented sales negotiator with the ability to meet and then exceed your monthly sales target due to your ability to close on a deal at every opportunity. Your having a pro active approach to each account you manage will ensure you maintain a positive and productive relationship with all of our clients.
As an account manager you will need to ensure that you stay in contact with your customer base and make certain they receive a timely and professional service. Your excellent people skills will ensure you cement firm relationships with suppliers which will help you establish deals, discounts and keep abreast of stock availability in order to provide your customers with the best service available to ensure they continue to trade with YourFleet.
