So you think you have what it takes to be a New Business Sales Consultant with YourFleet?

The person we want...
You will have a proven track record in contract hire and leasing or sales experience in the finance/insurance industry, alternatively you will be a quick learner with an interest in cars and be an excellent sales person.

You will be a motivated, confident and hardworking individual with the ability to demonstrate the professional standards required of a successful sales consultant
As you will be dealing with customers on the phone every day, and on a one to one basis you will need to develop meaningful relationships through demonstrating commitment, dedication and loyalty.

Having the advantage of full support from an Administration team your ability to behave as a member of a team and support others will be vital to your success.

Finally as you will be based in a paperless office it is essential you have accomplished computer skills in both  Microsoft packages and the internet as in order to provide your customer with the best deal available you will be running quotes from a ‘real time’ online finance and quote system.

The job that needs doing...
Your job will involve the successful selling of our products to our New business customers in order to exceed your monthly targets.  As the position involves your being the first point of contact for all new customers to YourFleet you will need to remain professional at all times.

In addition to being an excellent sales person you will be operating as a ‘brand Champion’ and will therefore be trained in and expected to keep abreast of advancements being made by a particular manufacturer, be that Audi, BMW, Mercedes or any other of the manufacturers we use in order to provide our great deals to customers.

Success will follow from your pursuing all leads you receive from the account co-ordinators and then closing each deal at every opportunity.  This will enable you to keep up to date with the high volume of leads we receive direct from customers on a daily basis. 

Your excellent people skills will ensure you cement firm relationships with suppliers, this will help you establish deals, secure discounts and keep abreast of stock availability in order to provide your customers with the best service available and ensure they continue to trade with YourFleet.
