“I joined YourFleet three years ago in search of continuity, realistic targets and the potential to earn a wage that reflected my efforts. Previously I have found myself in sales positions offering an attractive OTE package, yet it is not until your feet are under the table that it becomes clear these targets are unachievable, inevitably you feel the strain of ever increasing, unachievable targets.
